Cancellation Policy
Acknowledgement and Consent: I the client booking understand and agree to the following: Risks and Benefits: I understand that there are risks associated with the application of eyelash extensions and tinting, including but not limited to allergic reactions, irritation, and damage to natural lashes. Aftercare: I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the salon to maintain the health and appearance of my lashes. Photographs: I consent to the taking of photographs of my lashes for the salon’s records and for promotional purposes. Disclosure of Information: I have disclosed all relevant information regarding my health and medical history, and I understand that failure to do so may result in adverse effects. Liability: I release the salon and its staff from any liability arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence. Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge the salon’s cancellation policy and agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Payment: I agree to pay for the services rendered, including any additional fees incurred, at the time of my appointment. Client Responsibilities and Agreements: I the client agree to the following policies: Arrive with Clean Eyes: I agree to arrive with no makeup on my eyes. This includes mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and any other eye products. I understand that arriving with makeup will necessitate a lash bath cleansing fee of $25. Lash Bath Cleansing Fee: If I arrive with makeup on my eyes, I consent to an additional lash bath cleansing fee of $25 to remove the makeup properly before my lash service begins. Timing and Services: I understand that it is important to book the correct services in advance to allow sufficient time for my lash appointment. I acknowledge that if the incorrect services are booked or if I arrive late, the lash technician will only be able to provide services up to the time allotted for my original appointment. This may result in incomplete lash application or fewer lashes being applied. Signature: By booking appointment and placing a deposit, I confirm that I have read and understood this consent policy and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
