Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing MUDE. Please review our booking policy before scheduling an appointment: Appointments and Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call, no show) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits can be transferred to a future appointment if notice of cancellation or rescheduling is given at least 24 hours in advance. Booking Confirmation: Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please review the details for accuracy and notify us promptly of any discrepancies. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment if you arrive significantly late. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us during your appointment so we can address your concerns promptly. Special Considerations: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations that may affect your service when booking your appointment. By booking an appointment with MUDE, you agree to adhere to our booking policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
